AUDIT NOTICE UNDER SECTION 25 RELATING TO UTILITY BILLS AND ANY OTHER NOTICE RECEIVED BY MEMBERS

 

 

ALL SUCH MEMBERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE SALES TAX ACT 1990 ASKING TO PROVIDE UTILITY BILLS (CONSUMED IN MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLIES OF ZERO RATED ITEMS) AND WHO ARE GENUINLY CONSUMING UTILITIES FOR THE ABOVE ARE REQUESTED TO SEND TO THE ASSOCIAITON COPIES OF SUCH NOTICES TO ENDEAVOUR TO RESOLVE THE MATTER.

 

MEMBERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED ANY AUDIT NOTICE FROM FBR ARE ALSO REQUESTED TO SEND TO THE ASSOCIAITON COPY OF SUCH NOTICE.
