DTRE Scheme

 

Consequent to the recent meeting held with the Secretary, Textile Industry Divisoin, Ms. Rukhsana Shah during her visit to PHMA House, Karachi, wherein we took up the matter of DTRE Scheme and current SRO 492(I)/2009 dated June 13, 2009 explaining to her that several of our exporters had reservations with the conditions of same.

 

We are pleased that Ms. Rukhsana Shah assured that a separate SRO for the manufacturer exporters of the Textile Sector relating to DTRE is under consideration.

 

The Association, therefore, request our valued members to please furnish to the association at the soonest, their suggestions and inputs on the issues and problems encountered by them with the current SRO to enable the association to submit sound proposals for additional facilitation to our exporters in the DTRE Scheme.
